为模块和微信的对话框启用 Android 12+ (API 31) 的窗口级模糊 (Window Blur Behind) 特效, 使对话框背后的内容呈现毛玻璃模糊效果。

可通过滑块实时调整模糊半径 (5\~30), 调整后即时生效。

需要 Android 12+ (SDK 31) 系统支持, 且可能需在开发者选项中启用「允许窗口级模糊处理」。
